MY STAY WAS GREAT LIKE IT’S BEEN IN THE LAST FIVE OR SIX YEARS

CLEAN,SAFE,AND STAFF FRIENDLY. VERY HELPFUL STAFF! VERY CLEAN. NEAR THE BEACH,A LOT OF SHOPPING CAN BE DONE IN THE AREA. THE ROOM IS CLEANED IN A SHORT TIME IN THE MORNING. TOWELS AND SHEETS REPLACE VERY DAY EARLY. I’VE STAY AT THIS GUEST HOUSE MANY TIMES BECAUSE IT’S CLEAN,AND IN A GOOD AREA. ,VERY THING I NEED WITHIN WALKING DISTANCES.

RAIN WATER DRAINAGE. ONLY DURING THE RAIN. RIDE ON! I’AM GOING BACK NEXT MARCH! THIRD OR FOUR TIME IN SIX YEARS.

I liked the price location and the relative peace.The room was kept very clean.

I found the bed a bit uncomfortable and the A C a little too efficient.also had a slight problem with mosquitoes..

Clean & Kind hearted Guest in pataya.

It was a pleasant stay as we didn't stay in the hotel other than night to sleep.

Some renovation work is going on so what I expirienced from my last visit 5 yrs back this time d expectations were great. But due to these renovation work the rooms have become much smaller than what it used to be. But the rooms are comfortable if u r not a huge body person. For medium height standard double beded rooms are OK.

The property needs some time for now to become fully functional as renovations are going on. Hope it will be better once its done.

Good place to stay

Put into the new annexe (I think they call these superior rooms). Modern, clean and functional. Large comfortable bed. Lovely little cup de sac with low rise buildings surrounded by high rise. Location is quiet despite being in the middle of the night life

Disappointing. Basic room, high price, no staff effort at guest services.

Good Central Pattaya location, easy walking distance to beach and a multitude of shops and restaurants. Spacious room. Good air conditioning unit. Nothing was stolen from our room as it was the first time we stayed at Siam Guest House last year.

Plenty of mosquitoes in the room to greet us. Minimal basics and amenities, no in room coffee or tea, no bathroom tissue, I had to go to front desk to request some. They had full occupancy when we checked in, and even though we had a Booking.com reservation, without discussion they shuttled us to a next door property that I considered less desirable. It was very close to a very busy main road, with more noise and air pollution than we previously experienced at the Siam Guest House set further back in the lane. The ICE Hotel was advertised at 350 baht, but they still charged us 759.

Close to the city center. The persons during day time were very nice.

The night reception person was very unfrendly and odd , oposite then any in Pattaya. He want to charge extra because another person visit us in our room for 25 minutes. You cannot do anything because he was watching every move. I do not recomand. (Ps. We own some Hostels in our Country and we know this tipe of business and what a guest should treat a customer)

Top class hotel, for very little money!!

I liked everything about this hotel. The location could not have been better. The hotel was really clean. The people in the hotel were great. My room had it's own little balcony/terrace (superior room) This place is so quiet that it's unbelievable that your right in the middle of party central. Top class hotel, I would recommend this hotel to anyone and I WILL be back in it again.

Everything was really good. There was not one thing to complain about. It's just a shame they did not have a pool.

Small, family run business, all staff extremly friendly, very central location in a quiet side street, super clean, nice cafe latte in the morning...., would come back here any time.....

Large parts of the balcony/terrace area very hot due to the A/C units installed....

Exactly what we needed for the purpose of our trip.

The Siam Guest House has very friendly staff and I am grateful they could speak English. Our room was very clean and fresh - lovely soft towels and very clean sheets.

We extended our stay by 1 night and we had to move rooms as the room we were in had been pre-booked. This was the best outcome because our second room in another building close by was much better; more natural light, powerful shower and more space. Our first room was very clean by felt quite cramped and as it was at the back of the building the window was blocked by another building so it felt 'gloomy'.

Staff were very friendly and was always clean and tidy in guest house. Rooms were always clean with 2 bottles of water put in the fridge every day for you to drink.

First two weeks very good , second two weeks not as good due to accommodation , staff interfering .

Location , some of the accommodation , the cleaning service , most of the people , etc.

Staff not interfering in my personal business , telling someone about what happened regarding another person I met , who stayed with me for a while , helped out . Then I couldn't get rid of this person and left myself to get away . This has caused me problems with a person I have met , affecting what is happening between us and this should never have happened . Has almost ruined my vacation and my chances of finding my love , the love of my life , thanks to what this person said to my lady friend about me . Ruin my chances of happiness .
